A live, structured interview with a human. We score and evidence core skills such as problem solving, communication and stakeholder management alongside preparedness, interest and motivation. We also take the time to tell them about your team and the wider business.
Technical assessment
The human interview plus a technical assessment with a specialist technical assessor. Speak to us about what you are looking for and our team will provide a bespoke assessment for your needs.
Specialist assessment
A human interview alongside a technical assessment. Then a further interview centered around scenario’s tailored to the specific vacancy and business they are interviewing for.
